Windows updates not showing

I used to have the 1803 build of windows 10. I recently did a reset to my laptop and now I have the 1511 build. When I am checking for updates , no new updates are showing. I tried the windows update troubleshooter. How can I update my build to 1803 from 1511?

As far as I know, you would be unlikely to do that using Windows Update, as 1511 was followed by versions 1607, 1703 and 1709, prior to version 1803.

The more direct approach would be do create Win10 install media from this link, insert that into your PC, and run the setup.exe program from inside Windows:  Windows 10 download 

That would update it directly to v1803.
