Your machine is an HP Gaming Pavilion - 15-cx0002nx, its specs
https://support.hp.com/emea_middle_east-en/document/c06067534/
Its parts list is not available
http://partsurfer.hp.com/Search.aspx?searchText=4PM03EA
But it has 802.11b/g/n/ac (2x2) Wi-Fi® and Bluetooth® 4.2 combo. Most likely it has Realtek wifi card. Please download and install for wifi
https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp100501-101000/sp100552.exe
and for Bluetooth
https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp100501-101000/sp100556.exe
Regards.
