Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Ok so, I’m very new to this and I wanted more space so I replaced the gen 4 1tb Samsung with a gen 4 2tb sabrent rocket 4 plus and I put a gen 3 2tb rocket ssd in the second drive but it won’t turn on at all. I tried putting back the original Samsung ssd the laptop came with and leaving the gen 3 sabrent rocket in the second drive and it still won’t turn on. I even took that out and left the Samsung one intact and it just won’t turn on. What am I doing wrong?

Did you copy the system files from the original SSD to the new one before installing? If the SSD cards are empty (installed to the system straight from the box) there will be no Windows OS or any other programs on the drive to load.
