I reviewed your post and I understand that the computer is stuck on the BIOS update.

 

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

 

  • How did you install the BIOS update?
  • What is the operating system you are using?

 

Meanwhile, I recommend you force shutdown the computer by pressing and holding the power button until the computer goes off.
