I reviewed your post and I understand that the computer is stuck on the BIOS update.

 

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

 

  • How did you install the BIOS update?
  • What is the operating system you are using?

 

Meanwhile, I recommend you force shutdown the computer by pressing and holding the power button until the computer goes off.

 

If you continue facing the issue, then follow the steps in the below article to recover the BIOS.
