Solved!

Wrong Model Number

HP Recommended
OMEN by HP Laptop
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Recently my laptop has developed an issue that required getting it repaired. I called the support number from the email [Personal Information Removed], and got a CSO number and everything for it. However, when looking over the service order email, it has the wrong model number and description. The laptop model it says that's going to get repaired is my HP Spectre, not my HP Omen. They're both covered under warranty (or at least should be), so I'm not concerned about that. What I am concerned about is if this is going to make problems with the repair process if they're expecting one but get the other. And if it is going to cause issues, how to fix them before it's too late. I'm able to provide more information as needed, I just don't know what exactly would be helpful.
