Wrong redemption code for Jedi Fallen Order offer

HP Pavilion Gaming Laptop - 16-a0097nr
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I purchased this laptop on August 3 with the understanding that I would receive a code for a free download of Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order. Today, I received a code to redeem a different game, Rainbow Six Siege Gold Edition. I cannot find a way to contact HP any other way, so I am posting this here. How do I receive the offer I was promised?

I Also expected to receive Jedi Fallen order redemption code with my purchase of HP OMEN in Aug 2020.. not sure why I didn't receive it..
