I am sorry you're having a frustrating experience.
Whilst your new HP computer may include a free Xbox Game Pass offer, it's Microsoft — not HP — who manages the redemption process and eligibility.
Here’s what you can do:
Sign in to the Microsoft Store app on your HP PC using your Microsoft account.
Go to Library > Included with device, or search for “Xbox Game Pass” in the Store.
If eligible, you should see the option to redeem the 1-month Game Pass.
You can also visit: https://www.microsoft.com/redeem and enter a code, if one was provided.
Please Note: The offer must be redeemed within a specific timeframe from device activation (often 90–180 days), and some regions/models may not qualify.
If you're still stuck, you’ll need to contact Microsoft Support, not HP: https://support.xbox.com/en-US/.
