I juast bought laptop hp omen dh1015tx, when i plug the charger in why it gives the electric shock a bit every time i charged ?  Is ir common? What is the solution? Thankss

I reviewed your post and I understand that you are getting electric shocks when you connect the charger.

 

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

 

Are you hold the steel part of the AC adapter when connecting it?

Are you getting an electric shock when touching the computer?

Is the AC adapter connected directly to the wall? Do you have proper earthing?

 

Meanwhile, I recommend you update the BIOS and the chipset driver from the below link and check if it helps.
