Whenever I start my laptop, I get the message below(img).

In order to get my jack 3.5 to work I have to uninstall my drivers in install them otherwise i cant connect any headphones or only one driver works

how can I fix this, I already tried to go to previous versions on windows (v1803) 

And also only one speaker worksSans titre.jpg

Update: i fixed it : -new windows reset, and I removed Windows update since hp can't keep up to date the drivers of a 1900 + $  pc
