Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hey, so I want to buy this laptop "Omen 15-EN1012NF". 

The problem is, here in france, all laptops are shipped with an "AZERTY" keyboard and I need a "QWERTY" keyboard. How can I buy this laptop or a similar one with a QWERTY laptop, and have it shipped in France? If I go on the US website I can not do that.
