my pc hp omen 15 loose about 3% of charge everyday when the pc is offf a,nd uplugged from power source i have checked the battery health and its good and done everthing but nothing works. plz help me and anyone is facing the same situation

Your case is difficult to evaluate ...
(1) I checked BIOS revision history for a related issue you are talking about. Nothing is mentioned.
(2) In your case there are still hidden electricity eater. RTC (realtime clock) is not included !
(3) Use real shutdown ( No sleep ! No Hibernate ! )
(4) HP warranty valid -> please contact HP Support for BIOS update or service "repair"
