Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11
while i am gaming full charge battery last for 2-3 hr only so i have an dought that i can play games on my gaming laptop during plugged in , does it harms the battery, because i read every where that it does not harm the battery while plugged in...
plz help me.....

To optimize battery health, you can occasionally allow the battery to discharge partially (around 20-80%) and avoid keeping it constantly at full charge. Also, ensure proper ventilation and avoid extreme temperatures while gaming for extended periods to maintain overall laptop health.
