HP 15.6 inch Laptop PC 15-e2000 (2J4W0AV)

my batter is only charging to 99%, not 100%. why is this happening? what should I do to solve this issue? Hp support assistant software says the battery needs to calibrate And the correct model for my laptop is HP 15s-eq2335AU. this model isn't showing in the products.  I use this laptop for studying and sometimes gaming with a cooler(10-20 hours a week). I game while plugging the charger while staying 100%. rest of the time I use it for casual stuff. Please help me to solve this issue.

Hi @blanksick

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

I see that you are facing issues with your battery calibration.

HP Power adapters are designed in such a way that the battery is not charged to 100% to ensure maximum battery life.

Kindly refer to this link and you can perform few calibrations for good battery health.
