battery is switched off at 9 %

i bought my HP pavillion gaming lap top 1 months ago and used a few times only the battery is very bad promised it will last up to 5 hours but its rarely going only 3 and hafl hours and it goes off when battery is 9 % . i even checked my battery test it's saying its OK. EXXX i bought it with big expectation but unfortunatially it didn't approve and very expensive

You can change the value and/or change the action in your Power plan as shown

Do you believe your power hungry machine can run for 5 hrs on battery ? Yes it can when doing nothing.
