Hello @farah6

You might be able to fix the battery issue by going into the Device Manager>Batteries and uninstalling the Microsoft APCI-Compliant Control Method Battery. Reboot the PC and it will reinstall itself.

But Im confused by what you mean about App G preventing you from starting up? Could you give any details?

I tried to uninstall it and reboot the notebook but nothing has changed.

when I restart the laptop there is a list that prevents the laptop from restarting. it is like when you are using word and you didn't save the latest changes and it  shows you a list that prevents the laptop from restating or a list says closing apps in order to restart. there is something called "G" and I searched it on my laptop and I couldn't find it.

You say this list is preventing windows from starting? So you can run the laptop or not?

I dont know what list you are referring to.

You might consider doing an HP reset back to factory settings that will wipe the drive and reinstall Windows if there is something skewed in Windows file system.
