everything works properly since 11 months now i face battery issue battery percentage is not going above 33% while charging

We are here to help you with battery-related issues.

 

May I know from when are you facing this issue?

Did you make any hardware or software changes to it?

 

Battery seems “stuck” in a particular charge setting   

The battery might be OK and just need calibration (balance/set).

If calibration fails to help OR the results are even worse afterwards...

It is likely that the battery is bad - or going in that direction.

 

If that is the case, the battery should be replaced.

 

Please run a hardware diagnostics and check if you get any error messages. Here is a link: https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/ish_2854458-2733239-16
