everything works properly since 11 months now i face battery issue battery percentage is not going above 33% while charging

May I know from when are you facing this issue?
Did you make any hardware or software changes to it?
Battery seems “stuck” in a particular charge setting
The battery might be OK and just need calibration (balance/set).

If calibration fails to help OR the results are even worse afterwards...
It is likely that the battery is bad - or going in that direction.
If that is the case, the battery should be replaced.
