Hello!
I have a problem with battery. Battery is not charging, but the charger is plugged in. In my notebook (omen 17) is hp support assistant and in this app is ,,battery check". There is a need to change it as soon as possible, but I do not know what to do with it. Thank you for your response.

Are you out of warranty now?
If not, contact HP Support for a claim... Contact HP Worldwide | HP® Official Site
If you are out of warranty, you can try replacing the battery yourself.
But HP does not sell replacement batteries unfortunately.
The battery part number will be on the battery and should be part number... 922977-855
You would have to hunt for a 3rd party seller online for one. I do not have a recommendation or link to a new one.
