Hello @SYFALI,

 

Hopefully reinstalling the audio driver does the trick:

 

Realtek High-Definition (HD) Audio Driver (Windows 10 v1803)

https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp88001-88500/sp88075.exe

 

I'm assuming you updated to v1803.
