black screen hp omen 15 9th

Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a computer netbook gaming HP Omen 15 9 th  I was working on it without any problems and when I wanted to turn it on in the morning it did not work "black screen with flashing power button"
I tried the Windows button method with B and Windows +V  didn't work 

I read that the solution is to recover the BIOS
How can I recover it and repair the computer ^_^

I sent it to HP Service Center
I hope the problem will be solved
