HP Recommended

I own a Victus by HP Gaming Laptop 16-r0xxx. The device is new but I can't connect my bluetooth mouse device to the laptop. At first, it connects, but after some minutes of innactivity the mouse doesn't work anymore, although the laptop recognize the mouse device as being connected to the laptop via blutooth connection.

 

Trying to fix the problem, I found out that the bluetooth adapter has a warning icon. Since then, I've tried to update the respective blutooth drive (MediaTek Bluetooth Adapter - BT_RAM_CODEMT7961_!_2_hdr.bin), but it doesn't work. 

 

Can someone help, please?
