Question: why did you uninstall the keyboard to begin with? Had the keyboard failed?

 

The F12 key is the Windows key lock. It should have the Windows logo and a Lock next to it on the button.

Press the Fn key and F12 to see if it unlocks the Windows key.

If it does not, connect an external USB keyboard and see if the Windows key works on the USB keyboard.

Question: pourquoi avez-vous désinstallé le clavier pour commencer? Le clavier avait-il échoué?

La touche F12 est le verrou Windows. Il devrait y avoir le logo Windows et un verrou à côté du bouton.
