hello hp community, please help, i've been visiting and searching for hours..can my laptop get upgraded a little? like memory or something? i know the processor can't, but i don't know the others...😓

You're very welcome.
The motherboard has a place for a second slot, but as far as I am aware, the actual hardware to mount a memory chip is not present.
I suggest you open up the PC first and confirm that you can actually install a second memory chip.
It also doesn't counter the fact that the processor can only support 8 GB of memory according to Intel.

Hi:
You can upgrade the memory from 4 to 8 GB.
Since your notebook has a Pentium processor, it only has one memory slot, so you have to remove the 4 GB chip and replace it with an 8 GB chip.
You can remove the 2.5" mechanical hard drive, and replace it with a better performing, normally more reliable 2.5" solid state drive (SSD).
Below is the link to your notebook's service manual where you can find the memory and hard drive removal and replacement procedures.
