Can I add extra ssd and ram for my laptop , what kind of ssd and ram type I need to get?

Your manual says:

 

Support for 16384 GB of DDR4 2400 MHz system memory.

 

The Troll would want me to mention, because of your CPU, Chipset and DDR4 memory you could upgrade to 32GB.

If you have the M.2 slot, you could add a PCIe NVMe TLC M.2 solid state drive.

The best thing is to remove the Base Enclosure and check to see if one is installed.
