can't activate pc game pass trial with victus gaming desktop

Hi,

I am trying to activate the free pc game pass trial that i should have with the desktop a bought more than 1 year ago.

I don't know if there is an expiration date ( in case it wasn't clear at all), but i can't activate it.

I tryed the "solution" given in other posts but nothing works. 

I have installed, linked and updated both omen and xbox app.

I tried to restart the pc and still nothing happens.

I used the link present in the omen app, but it just open the xbox app and nothing else happen, still i don't have game pass active (i checked it).

If I was given a code i don't know where to get it.

I checked emails and my hp account and i can't find it

Can you help me?

Apparently there is a time window to redeem the game pass and I must have miss it
