hi so i purchased this gaming laptop yesterday i have signed in to all relevant apps and tried to download games from xbox app, i have a full ultimate mebership and i couldnt download and play anything, and i mean anything, the laptop is connected to internet, i have enough memory ect... any ideas how to fix this would be very very welcomed..
This doesn't sound like it would be a HP hardware problem. I suggest that you contact XBox's Customer Support for help. They are the experts on the Service and should be able to help you solve your problem.
