charger disconnects automatically while playing games or usisng softwares.

Example: Pavilion 15-0144tx
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

everytime when i try to play game or use softwares of design or graphics my charging automatically stops and when i minimize the game or sotfware it starts again(charging). but it happens in 2-3 seconds everytime i play game or use software.

@shubham74 You may want to install all available windows updates, as a patch may have been released by Microsoft to resolve such issues, if there are no new updates available, please use the below steps to reinstall the graphics card drivers from the device manager:


Step 1: Use Windows + X and select device manager.

Step 2: look for display adapters, and right click on the available display adapters, then select uninstall, when done, restart the computer.

Step 3: Update the graphics driver for your specific computer model.

If the issue persists, Most often, either the charger is not producing enough power, or the battery needs to be replaced and I suggest you run a test and calibration on the battery: click here for steps!
