charger heat

hello,

I bought a new omen laptop last week (model: omen-15-dh0009ne -2019edition-) and I discover that the adapter get to much hot while gaming sometimes it burned my hand 

on normal use it the adapter tem. between 50 c when battery is full

while gaming the adapter reaches 65-75 c when battery is full

and when charging the battery and gaming in the same time it burn my hand when I touch it

is this normal or not????

The Ac Adapter needs to be replaced. I suggest you contact HP Support for replacement Adapter

1) Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/ 
2) Select your product type below.
3) Enter the serial of your device. 
4) Select the country from the drop-down. 
5) Select the chat or get phone number options based on your preferences. 
6) Fill the web-form and proceed further.
