What is your Omen 15 ? Normally yes you can use a compatible USB-C charger rating 200W or above to charge your machine when running. I can't find a suitable/compatible charger for my HP Omen machine (it uses 200W charger). I test with a 100W USB-C, it only slowly charges my machine when OFF or overnight.
I read a news few weeks ago, they are selling 240W USB-C chargers now. I may try one if they are cheap.
