Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Whenever i am starting a game in my laptop the load in core suddenly rising to 100% and then drop to 30% and then again going to 90 to 100. When the load is normal the game is running fine but when the load is high it is being lagged highly. is there any solution?
