Microsoft Windows 11

Apparently this is a known issue.

I returned my other laptop gaming omen to the HP because of the cursor. It stuttered and stopped and was useless. I couldn't even select text in Word. The only way I could get it working again was to close the laptop lid... then the cursor worked well for a 1/2 minute. I kept doing that over and over and over and talked to support for days on end. Finally: They accepted the return.

Now I am having an issue (the same one) on this Omen! Literally the same model.

Not as bad an issue as the other one, as the cursor will last a good hour before acting up. If walk away and leave the lid open, then the cursor will drag and be jittery again. Also intermittently will not cut/paste or select text, again just like before. The issue isn't as often but.... What's going on here?
