do i have cmos battery in my omen ce002nx laptop?

I believe I replied a similar question with error 502 this morning.  HP Omen 15-ce000 to 15-ce699 machines do not have CMOS (or RTC) battery. I also mentioned:  updating BIOS would help.

 

Did you delete your old post and create a new one ? I can't find it now.

thank you sir for replying 

i asked before but noone replied

a week ago i got cmos reset 502 error

then my laptop stopped charging when i plug in the charger  it lights orange for about 3 seconds  i thought that the RTC battery is dead but you're saying there is no RTC battery what should i do 

i updated the bios to the last version before it stopped charging

the battery and the ac adapter are working fine

and thanks again sir
