Product: HP Pavilion 15-CX0157TX Gaming Laptop
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am trying to download HP omen control and it comes up with SynCom.DLL was not found. I do not know why this is coming up and I have tried re-installing it multiple times before yet it still comes up with the error
