Hai,

 i am viwin from chennai india. i have HP OMEN laptop. i face several issue based on my laptop keyboard.  Issues are " if i am pressing BACKSPACE or DELETE the single letter only delete even i press in continuously" . The same problem i faced six month back, the customer care person told " this problem arise because of your BIOS version, so install the suitable BIOS version, which is available in HP page" . so i installed the BIOS setup from HP page and the problem was cleared. BUT after two month, the same problem arise, then i did the same "reinstall the BIOS".  

Finally i found, When i install the windows OS updates, the BIOS version has changed and the problem will appear again. As of now i installed the BIOS more than 20 times within 6 months. SO I NEED PERMANANT SOLUTION FOR THIS ISSUE.
