Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello,

 

I would like to ask you about my computer HP omen 15 about alot of FPS drops from 180 down to 10.

 

Specs:

Windows 10 64bit

ram: 16gb

processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-6700HQ CPU @ 2.60GHz (8 CPUs)

Graphics card: Nvidia Geforce GTX 965M

 

I tried everything, updating everything on computer including graphics card, optimizing game, I tried playing it in low mode with 800x400 and turning everything off. The problem isn't solved. Didn't find any solutions on internet either. 

Game just wont work, i tried capping FPS on 60 and it still drops under 20 every few seconds.

Any suggestions please, because computer with this specs should run fortnite smooth.

Tell us the product number of your PC. Its in the HP SUpport Assistant.

Also is this happen during gaming on the charger or when on battery only?
