Product: OMEN Laptop - 15-en0001nx

I use my laptop approximately everday for 4-5 hours as an average , and it is normal usage for a gaming laptop , thus the laptop makes an unpredictable freeze and the screen gets black , so I press and hold the power button to shut down .

Although my usage is so normal and I don't use anything that is overpowered , my usage consists of edge and powerpoint and just , what should I do , I have read in Microsoft Community a similar issue and the same device .

I tried to download the drivers recommonded in the HP website , although my device type is not available in the website , it will give you an error page , you cant try , here the device type OMEN Laptop - 15-en001nx , please help , I am really confused and I use it for my university and it have a very Important role in studying for my courses ....
