I bought a HP victus then its motherboard went bad . replaced it and I lost my gamepass which I did not redeem. DO something about this HP. I am fed up of going back and forth with your sales team regarding this

The free Xbox Game Pass that comes with some HP Victus models is a Microsoft promotional offer, not issued by HP directly. The entitlement is tied to the original device and activation process.

 

Since your motherboard was replaced and you hadn’t redeemed the Game Pass yet, the code may no longer be valid. In this case, you’ll need to contact Microsoft Xbox Support and explain the situation with your replacement motherboard -they are the only ones who can verify and potentially reissue a code.

 

HP can assist with hardware issues, but digital entitlements such as Game Pass are managed by Microsoft.
