gaming remote issue with bluetooth

so when connecting my gaming control via bluetooth it connects fine, the issue is the firing button just keeps going off

figured it was maybe remote so connected my ps4 remote with proper software same issue. if i connect the remotes with

cables it works fine.  ive tried uninstalling the games and remote software but issue continues. anyone have this issue or 

has had this issue and knows how to resolve it
