Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

my laptop is an HP-Omen17-cb0011nv with i7-97650, 64GB RAM, 1TB SSD, Geforce GTX 1660Ti with miniDP, HDMI and Thunderbolt 3 (usb c) sockets 
Since my Geforce GTX 1660Ti supports DP 1.4 supporting 8K display
and since, in physx tab of nvidia control panel, the TB3 connection looks like DP connection (file nvidia_1.jpg),
why the supporting mode is 4K instead of 5K?
Is there any possibility to be windows problem?
Please give me a solution...5K display, that I bought (LG27MD5KL-B, Mac compatible with only TB3 socket), has 77% more pixels than a 4K

I searched for DP1.4 to TB3 active adaptors but no results

I also tried better cables

"Thank you for your patience, I will assist you further.
The laptop graphics card specific may vary from laptop to laptop model because the laptop manufacturer are using our graphics chipset and customizing it per their need and requirement.
I would suggest to please get in touch with the laptop manufacturer and re-clarify the max resolution you can get thru the output port of the laptop, they will be able to give more relevant info regarding this.
