hello i have an hp laptop called hp spectre convertible 15 x360 bl001nx

but how can i use intel turbo boost my cpu runs on 2.7ghz it can be overclock to 3.5ghz my cpu is intel core i7-7500u

and also i want to overclock ram

1. CPU: System will work out itself when it needs more power.

2. Over clock RAM: No such option in BIOS on your machine
