Hi @Atanasov_Ace,

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out!

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

Sorry for the inconvenience caused don’t worry let me help you.

To better understand the issue, could you please provide a few more details?

  • Are you connecting the monitor via HDMI or DisplayPort?
  • Do you see the monitor working normally but without G‑Sync, or is it not displaying at all?
  • Have you already installed the latest NVIDIA drivers for your laptop’s GPU?

In the meantime, here are a few troubleshooting steps you can try:

  • Use DisplayPort if possible: G‑Sync generally requires a DisplayPort connection. HDMI may not support G‑Sync on all monitors.
  • Enable G‑Sync in NVIDIA Control Panel: Right‑click your desktop, open NVIDIA Control Panel, go to Set up G‑Sync, and ensure your Dell 3223D is selected with “Enable G‑Sync, G‑Sync Compatible” checked.
  • Update GPU drivers: Visit NVIDIA’s official site and install the latest drivers for your graphics card. Outdated drivers can prevent G‑Sync from appearing as an option.
  • Check monitor settings: On the Dell, make sure Adaptive Sync or G‑Sync Compatible mode is enabled in the monitor’s on‑screen display menu.
  • Test refresh rate: In Windows Display Settings, confirm the monitor is set to its maximum refresh rate (e.g., 165Hz or 144Hz depending on the model). G‑Sync requires the correct refresh rate to function.
  • Try another cable: If using DisplayPort, ensure the cable is certified for high refresh rates. Some lower‑quality cables can cause issues.

I hope this helps.
