Did you buy your product at Carphone, Currys, Dixons or PC World?

HP Warranty is not applicable. Please contact Dixons Carphone´s service organization "KnowHow"for technical support. Find out more.

Can anyone elaborate?  currys are not outright admiting this, yet they constantly push you to their help team.  How can both of them get away with this?

We cant speak for a stores warranty policies. Did you purchase their extended house warranty or are you trying to get service for an HP warranty?
