how to open advance setting in f20 version bios

hi

the advanced setting is always hidden and i dont know how to unhide it 

and i have tried everyway to do it. 

i just want to disable the speedstep and the turbo mode 

because they are making my pc slow and hot 

and i want to disable it then my  pc wont stress and more cool and have the same speed in past
