hp omen 15-dh0005a
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi, i recently bought a 2019 omen 15, with corei7 9570h and a RTX 2070 max q, full specs here (https://www8.hp.com/co/es/laptops/product-details/product-specifications/29205774).

I was asking if is safe for this computer to run so hot, specially on the processor, reaching temperatures of 97°C constanly.

I try using Intel XTU to undervolt (-0.15V), and this only make that the time to reach 97-100°C is a little higher, but is not a solution, i use the fans at max since i start and that doesn´t seem to help.

Is there anything i can do?

I recommend you update the BIOS and the graphics driver from the below link and check if it helps.

@The_Fossette Srry for not repply, been bussy with work.

I did what you suggest, and the ressults are the same. Is there any other thing i could try, a friend suggest me that maybe changing the thermal paste could reduce the temps, is this a valid option?
