Hello, when I check my fan RPMs using the program SpeedFan, I get the values shown above. Is the lower value normal, or is there an issue with the fan? I can hear constant fan noise even when idle. Could it be because of this, or is it a sensor error?

Fans are controlled by heat sensors. Fans will see one area is hotter than other area therefore it makes the fan to spin faster. That is NORMAL
