Hi, i just bought an hp omen 15 with 16gb ram and a1050ti graphic card.
i've been using the machine for a few days now and running just chrome for web browsing the cpu temperature reaches 52-56 degrees and the laptop keeps throttling more than often. i wanted to know if this is normal or should i be worried and look for undervolting or other solutions to remedy the problem?
any help is deeply appreciated.

BIOS update fixes:
Version: F.06 Rev.A
Fixed in this release: - Fix an intermittent issue which causes input from the keyboard to be lost. - Provides support system Comfort Mode which lowers CPU and GPU temperatures.
NOTE: OMEN Command Center must be updated to version 6.2 (or later) from Microsoft Store with this system BIOS release to get full support for system Comfort Mode.

i did the thing you mentioned. turns out everything was uptodate except for the bios version. currently my system has f.07 but even after doing the mentioned steps the cpu runs at the same temps. Currently(after doing the mentioned steps) the omem command center is giving the reading of 54 degree at 1-5% of cpu utilization.
i'm sorry but i dont think the problem is fixed.
