hp omen problema riavvio inaspettato

salve a tutti ho un hp omen con i7 2.60 ghz base e 5 in turbo e scheda video nvidia geforce rtx 3060 max-q e 16 gb di ram e 1tb ssd  ho un problema un pò fastidioso essendo qualche mese acquistato già ne ho cambiato uno appena preso per una cassa non funzionante, ho già ripristinato il sistema operativo perchè quando non lo uso per qualche minuto e rimane acceso si riavvia di botto anche quando c'è il browser aperto o altro, quando lo avevo ripristinato il problema era stato risolto, poi quando ho iniziato ad installare alcuni programmi e driver del telefono come recovery phone o suite poi disinstallati successivamente il problema si è ripresentato secondo voi può essere windows 10 la causa? quando lo uso costante per giocare o navigare non dà problemi di riavvio improvviso
