Product: omen 17T-CB100
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Please assist

HP Omen laptop shows shutting down and after a hard reset, when powering back up it still shows shutting down.

Mouse cursor still function, caps\num lock turns on and off. 

Can't get the system to completely shut down, it's just stuck at the shutting down screen. Multiple attempts produce the same results
