hp omen tickling voice

Hey my issue is i have bought hp omen 15inch with gpu gtx 1060 model and whole body of have some tickling voice

whenever i hold the laptop or like when i put it on my lap i feel like something is loose like the outer panel or something i dont know but full body of omen makes tickling voice

my laptop is not even one month old the vents are clean and this laptop has no heating issue 

in performance this laptop is amazing but i am not satisfied with the build quality 

build quality is loose or something
