Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

this thing runs at 98-100c while playing, its even already undervolted -0,175 volt. ive cleaned it, and set it to comfort mode, in a 24c environment. can i spin the fans faster? and its not even using the 1050ti to 99%, it only uses 40%. so is there anything i could do in bios or what?
