Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

wife bought me this laptop for my birthday last year and I was wondering how I go about finding the model number screen for a replacement. This has the 60z option and I would like to go to 120 or 144hz. can someone give me some incite on what screen I need and if I can swap the 30 pin for a 40 pin. or is there an option out there for me. ive broken the current screen and I figured if im going to replace I might as well upgrade too.

@roostergamez Welcome to HP Community!

I understand that you would like to replace the screen.

In that case, I would suggets you contact our phone support and check for the support option. They will help you.

There will be charge for the repair.

Here is how you can get in touch with phone support.

1)Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/

2)Select the product type.

3)Enter the serial number of your device or select let HP detect your product option.

4)Select the country from the drop-down.

5)You should see the HP phone support number or Chat option listed.

We are experiencing longer than expected wait times to reach an agent due to the CoViD-19 impact and there might have been issues in you getting the expected resolution on the issue.

Keep us posted,
